Call

Thirty minutes. You describe what is broken, we ask about source systems and who owns them.

Scoping

A working session with whoever owns the data and the numbers. We look at real extracts.

Proposal

Scope, deliverables, assumptions, timeline, fixed price. Exclusions listed as clearly as inclusions.

Build

Working output every week or two. Wrong assumptions get caught while they are still cheap.

Validation

Your finance team reconciles our figures against source. We do not call it done until they do.

Handover

Documentation, recorded walkthrough, all credentials and code transferred. A retainer is optional.

Where we draw the line

What we don't do.

We will say no to work we cannot do well, and we would rather tell you on the first call than three months in.

ERP implementation itself. We do the reporting around it, alongside your implementation partner.
Generic web or app development. We are a data practice.
Body-shopping resources at the lowest rate. If price is the deciding factor, we are the wrong firm.
AI projects with no decision behind them. If nobody changes what they do, it is a science experiment.
